The modern purpose built home has a multitude of communal areas, lounges and dining rooms located on its three floors, to offer choice and easy access for residents.

In addition to the landscaped gardens it shares with its neighbouring Lady Sarah Cohen House, the home benefits from a secure patio and garden.

The large pavillion area on the ground floor, is a focal point for activities and many of the residents and their visitors enjoy spending time there.
