Community support & Jewish Care Direct
Our community support practitioners are knowledgeable and experienced in care and support needs and help to find the right service for our clients. They are qualified and experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of the health and social care world. They will work to support a client’s needs, advising, liaising and advocating.
The service can also provide information and signpost our clients to the relevant services or talk to other service providers or funders (e.g. local authorities) on our clients’ behalf.
Our community support practitioners have excellent local knowledge and experience of the Jewish community which allows them to provide the best possible support and advice.
Jewish Care Direct
Jewish Care Direct is a confidential helpline which gives information and advice about all of Jewish Care’s services. It is staffed by experienced and knowledgeable professionals and calls are treated in a warm and sympathetic manner.
