some other services
Colin Chadwick

I offered my services, a short time ago, as a volunteer, having recently retired from a 40 year career in IT. I felt that I could and should help others, outside my friends and family, especially ones less fortunate, who for one reason or another require the support of Jewish Care.
I made myself available to be called at short notice should a task at head office, a day centre or a care home required a helping hand.
I have completed several driving jobs for head office and run bridge groups at some day centres. Most recently, I have been able to put my IT experience to good use by working alongside Richard Munns, Deputy Director Operations, and the IT Department, in planning and expediting the head office relocation to the wonderful new campus in Golders Green.
I am looking forward to continuing to work with Richard to ensure that Jewish Care reaches optimum performance and benefits from its investment in IT, as well as helping out in other areas when called.
Maureen Lipman is known for saying "It’s good to Talk". I am saying " it’s far better to help."
