Property experts gather to raise money for Jewish Care



Over 275 key property professionals gathered for the Jewish Care Property Breakfast at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, Piccadilly to hear Richard Dakin, Managing Director & Head of Corporate Real Estate, business support Lloyds Banking Group and Matthew Pears CEO, The William Pears Group, give their views on current market conditions and their predictions for the next twelve months. 

The event was sponsored by London & Regional Properties and chaired by Philip Lewis, Kirsh Family Office. The breakfast raised £33,000 towards Jewish Care’s work in the community.


Matthew Weiner, chair of the property committee welcomed guests and thanked the sponsors before thanking John Heller, the outgoing committee chair, for his outstanding work. He told the audience: “This is the best attended property breakfast in its 22 year history.”


The audience listened intently as guest speakers Richard Dakin and Mark Pears outlined their views of the current state of the property market.   Richard Dakin ended his remarks by reminding guests what a ‘great job’ Jewish Care does.
